Students involved in Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) on Fridays at Trinity recently explored the idea of “plenty.” Students discussed that when we have even just our basic needs met, that we actually have more than many others in the world, and that lack of gratitude and constantly focusing on our wanting makes us feel worse and not better. Students and teachers made horns of plenty toghether out of ice cream cones for snack.
This FCA lesson was facilitated by Angela Rodriguez, a local home school parent who has volunteered with FCA Fridays for just over a year now. If you’d like to get involved, learn more here.
