TLS K-8 Dress Code

Trinity Lutheran School’s dress code establishes guidelines and standards for the proper dress and grooming of all Trinity students. Appropriate attire is conducive to positive attitudes and desirable school behavior. Emphasis is on neatness, cleanliness and safety.   To this end, all TLS K-8 students are required to wear school uniform components purchased from Educational Outfitters only. Uniform styles are not to be altered and uniforms must be in good repair and fit properly. The complete dress code policy can be found in the TLS Parent Handbook.

Approved clothing styles:

Boys’ Everyday Options

• Khaki flat front pants or shorts
• Black or brown belt (any style)
• Embroidered white, red or royal short-sleeve or long-sleeve knit shirt (a red shirt is required for field trips)

 Girls’ Everyday Options

• Jumper, Khaki or plaid 53, no logo
• Skort (Kgat style), Khaki or plaid 53, (4th-8th grades)
• Skort (UD), khaki or plaid 53
• Khaki flat front or mid-rise pants and shorts
• Black or brown belt (any style)
• White, short or long sleeve, Peter Pan blouse, no logo (to be worn under jumper)
• Embroidered white, red or royal short-sleeve or long-sleeve knit shirt (a red shirt is required for field trips)
• Embroidered heather grey crew neck cardigan

Optional PE Items for 4th-8th Grades

• Ash grey t-shirt with red screen print
• Red mesh gym short with screen print
