Trinity was a hot spot during the month of February for basketball events, hosting both the Florida Lutheran Athletic Association State Basketball Tournament and the Central Florida Lutheran Athletic Association All-Star Weekend.
Bringing in twelve teams reaching from Miami to Jacksonville, Trinity saw 14 games showing off the best that Florida Lutheran schools had to offer on the basketball court. While it was a great success for Trinity, bringing in nearly 500 spectators, players, and coaches, it was more importantly a success for all the schools who participated. A big congratulations goes out to the following teams for successful seasons!

To honor the hard work these students put in this season, along with the other teams who did not qualify for the state tournament, Trinity invited the top players from each to team to play in contests and exhibition games for a fun weekend to “show off their stuff!” Whether it was shooting 10 free throws or 15 three pointers, or playing along side former opponents in a mixed team All Star game, these students shined Christ’s love by being role models in body, mind, and spirit.
