This past weekend the Varsity Girls’ Volleyball team participated at the annual Dig Pink tournament at Faith Lutheran, Eustis. The tournament focused on creating awareness about breast cancer while raising funds to help with future research. The day also gave all teams the opportunity to compete while having fun. The girls came ready to play and support this wonderful cause. They played three games on Saturday and won two of them. After the tournament their record improved to 3 and 3.
Next week the girls take on Holy Cross Lutheran Academy, Sanford and St. Luke’s Lutheran, Oviedo. We invite you to watch the end of the year Parent/Staff v. Girls volleyball game on Tuesday, October 20 at 4:00 pm in the gym. Go Vikings!
