As we begin another school year so begins the athletic season at Trinity Lutheran School. The Varsity Girls’ Volleyball team had their first match against Faith Lutheran, Eustis on Thursday. Although they lost both matches 25-18 and 25-21, they played well together as a team and represented Trinity Downtown, and more importantly their Lord and Savior, in a positive light.
The girls look forward to two more games next week on Tuesday (at Grace, Winter Haven) and Thursday (at Holy Cross, Sanford). We wish them well and pray that they continue to Grow Together both on and off the court.
