The buzzer goes off and the crowd goes wild!
The past couple of days have been exciting for the Viking Athletic Program. The JV Boys Basketball team has worked hard during the season and has much to show for it. On Sunday, they won the CFLAA (Central Florida Lutheran Athletic Association) JV Boys Basketball Tournament and the very next day, Monday won the CFML (Central Florida Metro League) Championship. Success has been a regular occurrence for them this season, as noted by an undefeated record currently standing at 16-0.
The season has been great and the boys have been exciting to watch play and grow. It is definitely a great time to be a Viking fan! All of these accolades are great and exciting, and definitely something to celebrate, but we must not forget who gives us this opportunity to earn them, that being our Lord and Savior. God continues to bless us, these boys, and Trinity Lutheran Church and School as we grow together in our walk of faith. Congratulations to the JV Boys on a great season and, Go Vikings!
